The gap actually lines up, more or less, with the calories I don't track from yoga, but I think it's more likely that both my calories and my watch are a bit off. Topline findings: After 8 weeks, the spreadsheet estimated my average TDEE at 2425. I haven't measured my body fat percentage but assume it's pretty typical - my strength training goals were put on hold by the pandemic and I'm not especially muscular. I run 3 times a week and walk about 12,000 steps per day (plus my runs). I was trying to lose weight during this period, and dropped from 155 lbs to 148 lbs over 8 weeks. Weight: I weighed myself every morning with an accurate bathroom scale.I don't track my nightly yoga practice (20-30 minutes, gentle to moderate). I use the Workout app to track running and hiking. I wear it from when I get up until when I go to bed.
